  • 500 g Schmand
  • 2 TEASPOONS Curry
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Five-spice spice powder or Asian spice

    Great with poultry and vegetables: Mix sour cream and curry. Wash the chives, chop finely and stir into the sour cream. Season to taste with salt and possibly some Five-Spice spice powder or Asian spice.
