Pour 350 ml of hot water over green tea and let it steep for about 3 minutes. Pour through a sieve, let it cool down for about 15 minutes, then let it stand for about 15 minutes.
Cut the mango off the stone. Peel and chop the flesh. Wash and halve the peaches and remove the stone. Dice the flesh. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Put fruits, tea and ginger in a blender and puree finely. Divide into 4 glasses
