Halve the walnuts. Roast almonds and nuts in a pan without fat. Sprinkle oat flakes and sugar on top and caramelise. Remove the nuts and let them cool down. Dice the apricots and mix with cranberries, banana chips, nuts and almonds and flakes.
Arrange the nut muesli flakes with the yoghurt on plates. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
