Neck chops with rosemary

  • 10-12 Neck chops (approx. 150 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • some stem(s) Rosemary
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Wash the neck chops and pat dry. Pluck rosemary needles from the stems and chop finely. Sprinkle chops with pepper and rosemary. Grill on the hot grill for about 4 minutes on each side.

    Remove neck chops from the grill and sprinkle with salt.
