  • 100 g medium hot mustard
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mustard seeds

Directions

    Mix mustard and olive oil. Add sugar and lemon juice. Season to taste with pepper. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Stir into the sauce. Garnish with mustard seeds
