Cheese platter with Grana Padano, two kinds of cream cheese pralines and cheese skewers

Ingredients

  • 500 g Grana Padano cheese
  • 400 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 23 (approx. 45 g) Walnut kernels
  • 50 g Soft Apricots
  • 40 g dried tomatoes in oil
  • 25 g paprika-filled olives
  • 2 TEASPOONS Basil Pesto
  • 200 g Comté cheese
  • 200 g Blue cheese (e.g. Cambozola)
  • 125 g blue grapes
  • 2 Figs (about 60 g each)
  • 32 small paper baking cups

Directions

    Finely grate 100 g Grana Padano. Stir cream cheese until smooth, stir in grated cheese. Halve the cheese mixture. Halve 8 walnut kernel halves. Finely chop 15 walnut kernel halves and apricots, stir into a cheese mixture. Drain tomatoes and dice finely.

    Chop olives finely. Stir the tomatoes (except 1 tsp. for garnish), pesto (except 1 tsp. for garnish) and olives into the second cheese mixture. Form 16 small balls from each cheese mixture with your hands (sticks a little bit). Put them into paper baking cups. Garnish with walnut quarters, tomatoes and pesto. Dice Comté and blue cheese. Wash the grapes, drain and pluck from the panicles. Wash figs and cut into slices. Put cheese cubes, figs or grapes on skewers. Add remaining grapes and figs.
