White pudding with hazelnuts

  • 7-10 Tbsp Pour 6 pers
  • 3 white pudding (plain or truffled)
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 œuf
  • 60 g of hazelnut kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 tablespoon flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp huile d'olive

Directions

    1 Cut off the ends of the white sausages and then cut them into slightly thick slices. Grill the hazelnuts in a dry frying pan, crush them

    2 Beat the egg in a bowl. Put the flour in another and the hazelnuts in a third.

    3 Dip one side of the slices of white pudding in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the hazelnuts, pressing. Cook them in an oiled frying pan, 1 mn on each side. Prick them on wooden skewers and serve.
