Wash the garlic and cut into fine slices. Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, wash and remove seeds. Cut the pod into small pieces. Wash thyme, shake dry and pluck leaves from stems.
Wash the prawns, dab dry. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the prawns in it for about 2 minutes on each side. Add garlic, chilli and thyme and fry for another 1 minute. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
