Ham rolls on leaf salad

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 60 g Rocket
  • 25 g Babyleaf (lettuce leaf mix)
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 3 (40 g each) Tortilla wheat cakes
  • 120 g Cream cheese with Indian-oriental taste (curry, papaya, turmeric, chili)
  • 9 discs French cooked ham (approx. 14 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Turmeric

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the rocket well. Clean and wash the salad and drain well. Brush a pan with oil. Heat the flat cakes one after the other while turning them, take them out and spread approx. 40 g cream cheese on one side.

    Cover each with three slices of ham.

    Spread the rocket evenly on top. Roll up the flat cakes tightly and cut them into about 6 pieces. Arrange salad on plates, arrange rolls on top and sprinkle with turmeric.
