Ingredients

  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 2 (370 ml each) Glasses of roasted peppers
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Tahin (sesame paste)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove. Drain the bell peppers and cut them into large pieces.

    Finely puree the paprika and tahini together. Stir in sesame seeds. Season dip with salt and pepper.
