Ham rolls with rocket and cream cheese filling

Ingredients

  • 100 g Arugula
  • 3 (approx. 120 g) Wheat tortillas
  • 120 g Cream cheese
  • 150 g French cooked ham in thin slices

Directions

    Sort the arugula, wash and drain well. Spread each dough cake with 1⁄3 cream cheese. Cover evenly with ham.

    Spread about half the rocket evenly on top. Roll up the flat cakes tightly and cut them into about 6 pieces. Spread the rest of the rocket on plates. Arrange ham rolls on top.
