Ham and goat cheese crostini

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2–3 Garlic cloves
  • 240 g Ciabattabrot
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 15 g Rocket
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 (150 g) Mug of mild goat cream cheese
  • 50 g dried sour cherries
  • 200 g Parma ham in thin slices

    Peel garlic and chop very finely. Cut bread into 12 slices. Heat oil in two portions in a large frying pan. Add half of the garlic and roast 6 slices of bread one after the other on each side, take out

    Clean, wash and drain the rocket well. Put slices of bread next to each other on a large board, season with pepper, and cover with cream cheese in flakes, cherries and ham. Spread rocket evenly on top. Arrange on plates
