Ham and goat cheese makis (small rolls)

Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 12 stalks of chives
  • 120 g Fresh goat cheese
  • 1 TEASPOON White wine vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 discs raw country ham
  • 12 leaves young spinach

Directions

    Scald chive stalks with hot water, rinse with cold water and let it drip off on kitchen paper. Mash the goat cheese with a fork. Add vinegar and honey, mix and season with salt and pepper

    Cut the ham slices into thirds. Wash the spinach leaves and dab dry. Place 1 spinach leaf on each piece of ham. Put approx. 1/12 cheese mixture on each spinach leaf, roll it up and tie it with a chive stalk. Keep cool until serving
