Peel the watermelon and cut it into small cubes of the same size. Cut the cheese into equally large cubes. Wash basil, shake dry and cut the leaves of 2 stems into small pieces
Mix vinegar, melon, feta and basil, season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Chill the salad for about 1 hour. Arrange the salad on spoons or in small bowls and garnish with the remaining basil
