Small skewers with scallops, chorizo and chanterelles

Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 24 medium-sized chanterelles
  • 100 g Chorizo sausage
  • 12 small scallops
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 TSP Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper from the mill
  • 2-3 stem(s) Thyme
  • 12 wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean the mushrooms, wash them thoroughly and let them drain. Cut the sausage into slices about 1 cm thick. Wash scallops cold and dab dry. Put mushrooms, slices of sausage and scallops alternately on 12 skewers.

    Heat the oil in about 4 portions in a large frying pan. Fry the skewers in it for 3-4 minutes, turning them over. Finally add butter in portions and let it melt. Season skewers with salt and pepper.

    Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Arrange skewers on plates and sprinkle with thyme.
