White sausage with hazelnuts

Ingredients

  • 3 White sausages (à approx. 75 g), truffled or natural
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 60 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden or metal skewers

Directions

    Cut off the outer ends of the veal sausage, cut the sausages into slices about 1 cm thick. Whisk the egg in a bowl. Put flour and nuts in another bowl

    Turn slices of veal sausage first in flour, then in egg. Finally dip the slices with a cut surface into the nuts, press them on. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the slices for 1-2 minutes while turning. Take them out, put them on skewers and serve
