Ingredients

  • 600 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 175-200 ml milk, pepper, salt
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 125 g Cave Cheese
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 (approx. 125 g) Gherkins
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers

Directions

    Stir cream cheese and milk until smooth. Season with pepper. Halve the cream

    With radishes & chives: Clean and wash the radishes and cut them into fine sticks, possibly except for one. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Remove the rind and grate the cheese. Stir everything under one half cheese cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange and garnish with radishes

    With cucumber & ham: Peel and chop the onion. Finely dice cucumber and ham. If necessary put something aside for garnishing. Stir everything with paprika into the remaining cheese cream. Season to taste. Arrange and garnish if necessary
