Take the dough out of the tin according to the instructions on the packet. Roll out on a lightly floured work surface. Cut into 24 strips. Carefully place the floured side up on two baking trays lined with baking paper. Brush thinly with water. Sprinkle half of the sticks with herbs. Sprinkle the rest of the sticks with cheese.
Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and place on a grid
Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash and finely dice the tomato. Mix cream cheese and onions. Stir in tomato sauce (enclosed in the package). Season to taste with salt, cayenne pepper and paprika. Add the diced tomatoes. Arrange in a small bowl garnished with thyme. Add the sticks separately
