Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 6 Carrots
  • 2 red peppers
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 1 red onion
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander
  • 2 TABLESPOONS hulled sesame seed
  • 20 g Ginger Tuber
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sesame Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel and coarsely grate the carrots. Clean, wash and roughly dice the peppers. Celery clean, wash, dab dry and also roughly dice. Peel and halve the onion and cut into fine slices. Wash coriander, shake dry, pluck leaves from stems and chop. Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown and take them out

    Peel and finely dice the ginger. Mix soy sauce, honey, lemon juice and ginger. Add oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix all the prepared ingredients together well
