Ingredients

  • 500 g Spirelli/Eliche or spiral noodles
  • 1 (500 g) meat sausage string
  • 400 g Gruyère cheese (Gruyère)
  • 300 g gherkins + approx. 125 ml stock
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 2 Federation Chives
  • 6 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 collar Radishes (net approx. 200 g)
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Beds Cress

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet, quench, drain and allow to cool

    In the meantime, skin the sausage, cut in half lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Cut cheese and cucumber into fine strips

    Meanwhile cook the spaetzle in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain. Melt butter in the pot. Swivel the spaetzle in it.

    Clean, wash and drain the radishes and cut into thin slices. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Cut approx. 2/3 of the cress from the bed, fold into the pasta salad with the tomatoes and radishes. Season salad with salt, pepper and sugar. If necessary, let it stand for a short time again. Sprinkle with the remaining cress
