Coleslaw with bacon-onion cream dressing

Ingredients

  • 200 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 1 Pot of chervil
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Fruit vinegar
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 300 g Carrots
  • 1 (approx. 300 g) Rift celeriac
  • 1 (approx. 800 g) Pointed cabbage

Directions

    Cut the bacon into strips and let it crisp in a frying pan. Wash herbs, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Peel onion and chop finely. Mix vinegar, cream, onion, herbs and bacon. Season with salt, pepper and sugar

    Peel and roughly grate the carrot and celery. Clean, wash, quarter and cut cabbage into strips from the stalk. Mix the prepared salad ingredients
