Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 2 can(s) (Net content: 185 g/depth weight: 135 g) Tuna in oil
  • 1 glass (106 ml; separation weight: 60 g) Capers
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Drain the tuna and capers. Peel the garlic and press it through the garlic press. Puree half of the tuna with sour cream and garlic. Cut the rest of the tuna into small cubes. Stir the capers into the sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Keep cool until serving
