  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Corn kernels
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) red kidney beans
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1 Heads romaine lettuce
  • 50 ml Lemon juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey, salt
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek or chili powder
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Rinse the corn and beans and drain well. Peel onions and cut them into fine rings. Clean and wash the salad and cut into fine strips

    Mix lemon juice, honey, salt and sambal oelek. Whip the oil into the mixture. Mix salad ingredients and marinade and arrange in a bowl
