Lamb's lettuce with smoked trout

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 150 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 20 g Walnut kernels
  • 6 (70 g each) smoked trout fillets
  • 2 Shallots
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sherry vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Wash and clean lamb's lettuce thoroughly. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Halve walnuts. Halve trout fillets and arrange on plates with lamb's lettuce, tomatoes and walnuts. Peel and finely dice the shallots. Mix vinegar with salt and pepper, add oil and add the shallots. Pour marinade over the salad
