Oak leaf salad with smoked trout filet

Ingredients

  • 1 small head of oak leaf salad
  • 100 g Alfalfa sprouts
  • 4 smoked trout fillets
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Trout caviar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 4 Eßl . Öl

Directions

    Clean, wash and pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces. Wash the sprouts and let them drip off. Cut the trout filet into pieces. Arrange salad, sprouts and trout filets on plates.

    Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into it. Stir in trout caviar. Spread the marinade over the salad. Baguette tastes good with it.
