Roughly chop the chocolate. Melt the fat and chocolate in a small pot at low heat while stirring several times. In the meantime, roughly chop the nuts. Whisk the eggs. Put chocolate into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, sugar, vanillin sugar, almonds, salt, flour and nuts and stir in.
Fill the praline moulds with dough, 2/3 each, using a teaspoon. Place on two baking trays and bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) one after the other for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven, place on a rack and allow to cool. In the meantime, roughly chop the chocolate coating and melt in a bain-marie at low heat while stirring several times. Then fill into a freezer bag and cut off a small corner with scissors. Decorate brownies with chocolate coating and let them dry
