Pavlova with ice and hot raspberries

Ingredients

  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 200 g frozen raspberries
  • 4 Meringue shells
  • 4 (70 g each) scoops of vanilla ice cream

Directions

    Bring 100 ml water and sugar to the boil in a saucepan. Add the raspberries. Close the pot with a lid and remove from the heat. Crumble a meringue husk. Arrange meringue, hot raspberries and vanilla ice cream in dessert bowls.

    Sprinkle with meringue crumbs.
