Ingredients

  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 300 ml Cherry nectar
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 2 Tea bags fruit tea
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS brown candy

Directions

    Wash the lemon, grate dry and cut into slices. Boil up cherry nectar, 1/2 litre water, cloves, cinnamon stick and star anise. Add lemon slices, hang tea bags in the liquid and leave to steep for 6-8 minutes.

    Sweeten to taste with rock candy.
