  • 4 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 125 ml brown rum
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cinnamon

Directions

    Whisk egg yolk and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until thick and creamy, stir in rum. Divide the cream into 4 glasses. Add 100 ml boiling water to each glass and stir. Dust with cinnamon and serve immediately.
