Ingredients

  • 200 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and biscuit rolls

Directions

    Defrost the raspberries. Then pass through a sieve and mix with sugar. Peel the fruit so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets from the parting skins. Cut lime into thin slices.

    Cut grapefruit into slices as well, then divide into smaller pieces. Sprinkle citrus fruits with vanilla sugar. Then arrange on plates with the sauce. Serve decorated with mint and biscuit rolls
