Kasseler on braised vegetables

Ingredients

  • 160 g peeled potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g cleaned Chinese cabbage
  • 50 g cleaned mushrooms
  • 1 (approx. 60 g) cleaned tomato
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) lean Kasseler cutlet
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper

Directions

    Wash and halve the potatoes. Cook in little salted water for about 20 minutes

    Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips. Halve or quarter mushrooms depending on size. Wash tomato and cut into fine cubes

    Wash the cutlet and pat dry. Fry in hot oil in a coated pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. Season with pepper, take out

    Sauté the mushrooms and Chinese cabbage in hot frying fat. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the potatoes. Add to vegetables with tomato cubes and fry for about 5 minutes. Season everything with salt and pepper. Add cutlet and heat up again briefly. Arrange everything
