  • 600 g green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 large pork chops (approx. 200 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6 discs Breakfast bacon (Bacon)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 Pouch preparation for Sauce Hollandaise
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 50 g cold butter
  • 50 g shredded cheese

Directions

  1. 1

Clean the beans, wash them and steam them in little boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Remove the bones from the chops. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut in half. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

Drain the beans. Divide into 4 portions and wrap each with 1 slice of bacon.

  3. 3

Brown the bean packets in 1 tbsp. hot oil and place in an ovenproof dish. Cut the remaining bacon into pieces and fry until crispy in the pan. Add the onion and sauté. Spread both in the casserole dish.

  4. 4

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Place in the pan.

  5. 5

Wash and chop the thyme. Mix sauce powder with cream and 150 ml water, bring to the boil. Beat butter in pieces. Stir in thyme. Spread sauce over meat and beans. Sprinkle with cheese.

  6. 6

Cook in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for 10-15 minutes. Boiled potatoes go well with it.
