Wash the rosemary, shake dry and chop finely. Mix with 1 tablespoon of oil. Spread rosemary oil on the rump steaks. Mix 3 tbsp. oil, 1 tsp. steak pepper and some paprika powder. Brush the pork steaks with it.
Wash the turkey steaks, dab dry and season with pepper. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each steak.
Grill turkey and pork steaks for 3-5 minutes on each side. Grill rump steaks on each side for 3-4 minutes and sprinkle with steak pepper. Season all steaks with salt.
