Paprika potatoes with minute steaks

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 4 teaspoons (5 g each) Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Ajvar (Paprika preparation; glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 750 g small new potatoes
  • 3 Branches of rosemary
  • 150 g roasted peppers (glass)
  • 400 g leaf spinach
  • 1 Onion
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS sour cream
  • 8 Minute steaks from pork (approx. 50 g each)
  • baking paper

Directions

    Peel and chop the garlic. Mix with ketchup, 1 tsp. oil and ajvar. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the potatoes, cut in half and mix with the sauce. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Bake in the pre-heated oven (electric cooker: 200°C/circulating air: 175°C/gas: level 3) for about 45 minutes.

    Wash and chop the rosemary. Sprinkle over the potatoes after 15 minutes baking time. Drain the peppers and cut into strips.

    Wash and sort spinach. Peel and finely dice the onion and sauté in 1 tsp. hot oil. Add the spinach and let it collapse. Stir in sour cream and season the spinach.

    Wash the meat, dab dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tsp. oil. Fry the meat for 1-2 minutes on each side. Mix the pepper strips with the potatoes. Arrange everything.
