Rinse meat, dab dry and place on the fat pan. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 180 °C/circulating air: 160 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 1 3⁄4 for 2 hours.
Dissolve the stock in approx. 1 l boiling water. After approx. 30 minutes, deglaze roast with stock. Mix honey, paprika and oil. Coat the roast several times after about 1 hour.
In the meantime, wash the potatoes and cook in water for about 20 minutes. Remove the roast and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Arrange roast and potatoes.
