Rice noodles with beef

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Rice noodles
  • 2 red peppers
  • 400 g Hoof steak
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander
  • 3 TSP Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili Flakes
  • 6-7 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 3-4 Tbsp Chilli sauce for chicken

Directions

    Pour boiling water over the rice noodles and let them simmer for about 5 minutes.

    In the meantime clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Dab the meat dry and cut into strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into fine rings. Wash coriander, shake dry, dab off leaves and cut finely. Drain the noodles.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the meat for 2-3 minutes, turning it over. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Sauté the bell peppers, garlic and spring onions in hot frying fat for about 4 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. sugar, caramelise briefly. Deglaze with soy and chilli sauce. Season with chili flakes.

    Mix in the noodles, meat and coriander well and season everything again with soy sauce and chili flakes. Serve.
