Mini pasta with honey cream sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 small radicchio
  • 2 Shallots
  • 500 g Turkey escalope
  • 400 g Mienuddles
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 125 g Fresh goat cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS black sesame

Directions

    Wash and clean the radicchio and cut lengthwise into wide strips. Peel and chop the shallots. Wash the turkey escalopes, dab dry and cut into fine strips.

    Cover the pasta in a bowl of boiling water. Cover and leave to stand for about 5 minutes.

    In the meantime heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the radicchio for about 2 minutes while turning, remove. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in the pan again. Fry the meat over a high heat for 3-5 minutes, turning it over, salt and pepper it and take it out. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan. Sauté the shallots in it. Drizzle with honey and deglaze with vinegar. Pour 400 ml of water. Stir in cream cheese. Reduce the sauce to a slightly creamy consistency.

    Drain the pasta in a sieve and let it drain. Heat the meat briefly in the sauce, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the pasta with radicchio and sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

    Turbo spice: If you like it more fiery, heat the noodles with chili sauce (e.g. Sriracha).
