Ingredients

  • 40 g Mélange de noix de cajou et d'arachides
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 200 g Chuka Soba (Japanese wheat noodles)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 350 g Pork escalope
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Red wine vinegar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS sweet chili sauce

    Roughly chop the nuts. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into thin strips. Leek onions clean, wash and cut diagonally into fine rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Dab meat dry and cut into strips.

    Heat the oil in a wok or large coated pan. Fry the peppers and meat in it for approx. 5 minutes all round. Add garlic and deglaze with 4 tbsp. soy sauce and vinegar.

    Drain the pasta. Add the noodles and spring onions to the pan and mix with the peppers and meat. Season pasta pan with chili sauce and pepper. Sprinkle nuts over it.
