Ingredients

  • 750 ml Milk
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 6 small red chillies
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa

Directions

    Boil up the milk. Roughly chop the chocolate. Halve 2 chillies lengthwise, remove seeds. Finely chop the pods.

    Stir the sugar, chocolate and chillies into the milk until the chocolate has dissolved. Whip cream until semi-stiff. Pour hot chocolate into glasses. Pour whipped cream on the chocolate, dust with cocoa and decorate with a chilli pod
