Ingredients

  • 1 l low-fat milk
  • 4 Tea bag Chai-tea
  • 1 knife tip Cinnamon
  • 75 g Dark chocolate
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg

Directions

    Boil 750 ml milk. Add tea bags to the milk and allow to draw according to package instructions. Remove tea bag, heat milk again, add cinnamon and chocolate. Melt the chocolate in the hot milk

    Heat 250 milk in a small saucepan and froth up. Divide hot chocolate into 4 cups and add milk foam. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve immediately
