Cut the baguette into slices about 2 cm thick. Place on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil. Roast in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 5 minutes until golden brown. Cut the macadamia seeds in half. Wash basil, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Cover baguette slices with ham and sprinkle with nuts and basil
