Ingredients

  • 500 g Apples (2-3 pieces), e.g. Cox
  • 3-4 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 big oranges
  • 3 (approx. 275 g) Kiwis
  • 500 g green, seedless grapes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur
  • 30 g flaked almonds
  • 1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Wash and quarter apples, remove core. Cut apples into fine slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice immediately. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Halve the orange and cut into slices. Peel kiwis and cut into slices. Wash the grapes, dab dry and pluck the berries. Add oranges, kiwis and grapes to the apples and mix with honey and orange liqueur. Let the fruit salad soak a little and pour into glasses. Sprinkle with almond flakes and decorate with mint. Serve dusted with icing sugar
