Tomato Mozzarella Tower

Ingredients

  • 30 g Pine nuts
  • 2 (250 g each) Mozzarella cheese rolls
  • 5 Tomatoes (about 150 g each)
  • 4-5 leaves Frisée salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Roast pine nuts in a pan without fat until golden brown. Leave to cool. Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices of approx. 5 mm thickness. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into 5 mm thick slices.

    Wash lettuce leaves, drain well and pluck into small pieces. Pile up the mozzarella, tomatoes and lettuce to form little towers. Season the individual layers lightly with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with pine nuts
