Ham and egg salad in glass

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7 Eggs
  • 150 g Sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar
  • 3-4 Spring onions
  • 150 g cooked ham in wafer-thin slices

Directions

    Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes. Quench, peel and let cool off

    Stir together the sour cream and mustard. Season with lemon juice, salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar

    Clean and wash spring onions and cut into very fine rings. Cut the eggs into slices. Layer both with ham slices in 4 glasses and always

    put some mustard cream in it. Finish with a slice of egg, a blob of cream and some spring onion rings. Put in a cool place
