Pour onions into a sieve and drain well. Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Mix paprika, onions and sauce. Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips.
Heat oil in two portions in a large pan, add half of the meat and fry for 2 minutes, turning the meat. Remove from the pan and season with salt and pepper. Fry the rest of the meat in the same way. Put salad, paprika and silver onions in 6-8 glasses. Arrange the meat on top and serve garnished with thyme and chilli pepper
