Ingredients

  • 75 g green pepper
  • 1 small red onion
  • 50 g Roast beef cold cuts
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Olive oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Instant vegetable stock
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 (approx. 15 g) thin slices of baguette bread

Directions

    Clean and wash the peppers. Peel onion. Cut paprika, onion and meat into strips. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the paprika and onion for about 4 minutes.

    Add meat after 3 minutes. Deglaze with broth and season with salt and pepper. In the meantime, toast bread in a toaster. Arrange bread and shredded meat on a plate.
