Fried noodle balls

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 75 g Flour
  • 1 knife tip Baking Powder
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 50 ml White wine
  • 3-4 Tbsp mild soy sauce
  • 50 g Far Eastern ketchup
  • 1 TABLESPOON Worcester sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 50 g liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 150 g thin wheat noodles (alternatively spaghettini)
  • 1 l oil for frying

Directions

    Chop the garlic. Mix eggs, salt, chilli and pepper. Stir in flour and baking powder. Add milk, wine and soy sauce. Let the dough swell for about 15 minutes. Mix ketchup, Worcester sauce, sambal oelek and honey. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 1 minute. Drain. Heat the oil in a large, tall pot or deep fryer. Mix noodles and dough. With the help of a fork and a spoon turn the noodles with dough. Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes in portions. Add the sauce
