Steak on bean vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 collar Savory
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 75 streaky bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 Hoof steaks (approx. 200 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean and wash the beans, cut them into bite-sized pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime wash the savory and pluck the leaves. Carve tomatoes crosswise, boil them in boiling water, peel skin.

    Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds. Cut tomato halves into slices. Clean, wash and quarter the mushrooms. Finely dice bacon. In a large frying pan, leave it crispy. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown.

    Fold in the beans and savory. Season with salt and pepper. Fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Wash the steaks and pat dry. Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes. Season the meat and arrange in portions with the vegetables.
