Wash, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Finely dice the flesh. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Mix everything with yoghurt. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper
Cut the bacon in half lengthwise. Wash the fillet, dab dry and cut into approx. 12 cubes. Wrap 1 bacon slice around each. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chicken cubes for 4-5 minutes until crispy. Season with pepper
Arrange chicken cubes with dip on bitespoons or small plates. Delicious with baguette
