Ingredients

  • 1 Head oak leaf salad
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 150 g aged Gouda cheese
  • 150 g Cabanossi (Italian garlic sausage)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp milled pepper
  • 4-5 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden sticks

    Clean, wash and drain the salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Peel carrots and cut into small cubes. Cut cheese into cubes, cabanossi diagonally into thin slices. Put one cheese cube and one sausage slice each on a small wooden stick. Mix vinegar, 1 tablespoon of water, salt and pepper, add oil and season to taste. Mix the salad leaves and carrot cubes with the sauce and divide it between 4 plates. Place the cabanossi skewers on top
